2026 Guest House Rates

Guest House rates are subject to change without notice. If there is a discrepancy between the rate listed below and the rate quoted by our front desk staff, the rate quoted by the front desk will be the final rate.

For group bookings in the Guest House, we reserve the right to charge for a minimum expenditure at the Sonora Room Restaurant.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $25.00 administration fee for all cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Reservations for less than 3 rooms:

• • will be fully refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date
  • will be 50% refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled 3-13 days before arrival date
  • will not be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date

Group Reservations for 3 rooms or more:

• • will be fully refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival date
  • will be 50% refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled 30-59 days before arrival date
  • will be 25% refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled 3-29 days before arrival date
  • will not be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date
