Guest House rates are subject to change without notice. If there is a discrepancy between the rate listed below and the rate quoted by our front desk staff, the rate quoted by the front desk will be the final rate.

For group bookings in the Guest House, we reserve the right to charge for a minimum expenditure at the Sonora Room Restaurant.

Breakfast is included with each night’s stay:
- Between opening day and April 1, a continental breakfast will be available.
- From November 1 to closing day, a continental breakfast will be available.
- From April 2 – October 31, a hot breakfast will be available.
Our Guest Rooms accommodate two (2) people, and the maximum occupancy for our penthouse suite is four (4) people. We do not permit additional guests in the rooms.
Children under 16 are not permitted overnight in the Guest House.
Dogs, except licensed service and guide dogs, are not permitted to stay in the Guest House, regardless of size.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $25.00 administration fee for all cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Reservations for less than 3 rooms:

- will be fully refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date
- will be 50% refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled 3-13 days before arrival date
- will not be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date

Group Reservations for 3 rooms or more:

- will be fully refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival date
- will be 50% refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled 30-59 days before arrival date
- will be 25% refunded, less admin fee, if cancelled 3-29 days before arrival date
- will not be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date
