Return Policy:
In order to receive an exchange, or refund to your credit card, for a bottle of wine we have produced which is corked or flawed, the original bottle with liquid must be returned to the winery. Wineshop staff are not able to offer refunds without prior authorization. Please submit an email to info@burrowingowlwine.ca to make arrangements before arriving at the winery.
