COVID-19 Protocols at Burrowing Owl Estate Winery

 General –

  1. Masks are recommended, but not required, in all of our public spaces including the Sonora Room Restaurant, Wine Shop and Guest House.
  2. Please do not visit Burrowing Owl Estate Winery if you:
    • have recently tested positive for COVID-19, are sick, or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 including but not limited to fever, dry cough, sore throat & tiredness.
  3. We ask that you maintain physical distancing between yourself, staff and other guests during your visit. 
  4. We have many hand hygiene stations available for your use. Please use them frequently.
  5. Washrooms and other high touch areas & surfaces are sanitized frequently throughout each day.
  6. Our staff has committed to a culture of health and safety and will not come to work if feeling ill and/or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

The Guest House – 

  1. We are not offering in-room housekeeping tidying during your stay, unless requested and the room is vacant.
  2. If you would like extra towels, linens, supplies or toiletries, please call our front desk at extension 500, and these will be delivered to a basket outside your door.
  3. Breakfast will be delivered to you for in-room dining each morning. You will be asked to choose a time for your breakfast delivery upon check in.

The Outdoor Pool:

  1. Between the Victoria Day / May long weekend and Thanksgiving, the swimming pool is open between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm. Daily cleaning takes place from 8-10am.
  2. When you leave the pool deck, please be sure to take all possessions including green pool towels with you to the Guest House. Used green pool towels can be deposited into the bins at the pool deck entrance.
