The Sonora Room’s Chef Table Luncheon – Cornucopia

Join Executive Chef Lee Humphries and the Burrowing Owl wine team for a spectacular multi course lunch experience at a secret location that will be disclosed en route to the luncheon. Each course will be expertly paired and guests will enjoy a taste of the Okanagan in lovely Whistler BC.

The Sonora Room at Burrowing Owl Estate Winery is renowned for its epicurean excellence, superb service, relaxed style and of course scenic splendour. The restaurant overlooks 140 acres of picturesque vineyard from both the patio or inside the warm and inviting dining room.  The philosophy of the talented culinary team at the Sonora Room Restaurant is to embrace the privilege and the opportunity to showcase many of the South Okanagan’s local producers with their array of local organic produce, fresh, seasonal fruits and artisan breads and cheeses. The focus is on excellence in a relaxed and spectacular vineyard setting. An exclusive wine list is changed regularly to include a selection of Burrowing Owl library wines that are no longer publicly available for sale. And, the wine selection is enhanced with alternate premium Okanagan wines chosen to complement the menu. Lunch and dinner are served daily throughout the season and reservations are recommended.
