Okanagan Chefs at Hy’s Steakhouse Whistler – Cornucopia

Hy’s Steakhouse Whistler is partnering with Vintage Hospitality, the leading restaurant operator in the Okanagan, to deliver a dining experience showcasing the best of BC’s wine region. A celebration of the wines and food of the Okanagan that brings together four of the region’s most passionate chefs and pairs them with wines from three of the valleys top wine producers.

Chef Mahindan from Hy’s Whistler will welcome Chefs Lee Humphries (Culinary Director Vintage Hospitality) Rob Walker (Liquidity Bistro at Liquidity Wines), Damian Mischkinish (Sonora Room at Burrowing Owl Estate Winery)  and James Holmes (Vineyard Kitchen at Black Hills Estate Winery) for a collaboration of culinary delights.

Each chef will prepare a course for the dinner to be paired respectively with wines from the top producers, Burrowing Owl Estate Winery, Black Hills Estate Winery and Liquidity Wines.  

Come join the teams of Hy’s Whistler and Vintage Hospitality for this collaborative meal featuring the Okanagans finest.
